  22/2/2021 Monday The day started with prayer in the chappel. After the prayer, we went to the 'Phonetics Open Lab' and has learned how to pronounce the words Coupon and Video. After that we went to our general class.  First hour was taken by Giby ma'am. She taught us the diagram for learning process. We should over come all the blocks in our life, so that we achieve our goal. Our goal is the product of all things and the ways in which we goes through to achieve goals can be called process.  We should grow silently like swan's swimming. What all things we do, give it maximum involvement. She said that, we must input  good things in the mind of people. Then she taught us another learning factor, that is Learning Environment.  The second hour was taken by Maya ma'am. She has taught us the rest of the portions of  Realism including :- Methods of teaching, Maxims of teaching, providing maximum sensory experience, sequencing of teaching and Herbartian Steps.   19/2/2021 Friday The day started with prayer.  The first hour was taken by Maya ma'am. Ma'am has given us an over all idea of how to write an essay  in the examination point of view. And then she taught us the Aims of Education, Harmony and Curriculum of the Realism school of philosophy. She then told that, the key elements of life is the real life experiences of an individual.  The second hour was taken by Archana ma'am. She has revised the last days portions and then taught us the Foundational theories of psychology - Behaviorism,  Cognitive Psychology, Humanistic Psychology and the Gestalt Psychology.  The third and fourth hour was taken by our respected principal Benedict Sir. Sir said that, teaching could create an "Aha Experience" to the learners. Earlier education is considered as a bipolar concept (teacher and student)  and now it is changed to a tripolar concept which includes: teacher, student and society.   18/2/2021 Thursday The day started with prayer. First hour was Yoga, due to some pending works related to   the NCTE visit ,some of us stayed to complete the works. The second hour was taken by Maya ma'am. She started the class by asking the question, what is Motivation? and it is the driven force to accomplish something. Then She taught us the demerits of Naturalism and entered to the third school of philosophy that is,  Realism. And she shared the over all idea of realism.    The third hour was taken by Ancy ma'am. She taught us the Language Development and it's features. Then she introduced Vygotsky (psychologyist) and Noam Chomsky (American Linguist) and their contributions to language. Vygotsky contributed four stages for the development of language. Noam Chomsky said that humans acquire language through a process called Language Acquisition Device (LAD). According to Chomsky, children learn language by five steps. Thus she completed her portions in psychology.  The

  17/2/2021 Wednesday  First Assembly of MTTC. MEd students has conducted the assembly and they did it well. The first two periods were optionals. And we had done  with the rest of the group discussion. The third hour was taken by Reju Sir on "Theatre and Performing Arts". It was a beautiful class. The fourth hour was taken by Giby ma'am. She has revised last days portions and teached us Learning Experience. And after that she has given us some general instructions on teaching. And said that teaching is like fishing that means when we go for fishing we give what fish need in order to catch the fish. Like that,  teacher must teach what the students need. So that we can say that fishing =teaching.  She said of Brunerian Theory - "Anything can be taught at any level to any student providing proper learning experiences in a most honest way". 16/2/2021 Tuesday  The day started with prayer. After the prayer everyone has assembled near the English Studio for the ingauration of the Phonetics Open Lab, a softskill or competency development initiative of the college from three decades. Finally, a dream come true moment for the entire MTTC family.    The first hour was taken by Ancy ma'am. She taught us Kohleberg's stages of moral development. It has three levels and and six stages. Level 1 is pre-conventional morality and it is divided into two stages, punishment obedience orientation and instrumental relativist orientation. Level 2 is conventional morality and it has also two stages,  good boy -nice girl orientation and law and order orientation. Level 3 is post conventional morality and it is divided into two stages, social contrast orientation and universal ethical principle orientation. 15/2/2021 Monday   The day started with prayer.  The first hour was taken by Giby ma'am. She has asked questions from previous classes and revised all the topics till now. And then she taught us what is the competency a teacher should need before teaching. So that she has given us an example, ' Teacher teaches George Latin'. A teacher should know the learner, then she should know the subject which they are taking. Then she said the story of Bat and how they are giving birth to their babies.  The second hour was taken by Maya ma'am. She has taken class on Naturalism and it's features , forms of naturalism.  The third and fourth hour was library . In the afternoon section,  talent hunt programmes of Malayalam and Social Science has taken part and all of them done very well. Finally our six optionals talent hunt programme came to an end. By the detailed feedback of Ancy ma'am the programme came to an end.  Thus the day ended 😊

  12/2/2021 Friday  The day started with prayer in the chappel.  After the prayer principal announced all the first year students should go to the general class room. Due to the talent hunt programme we were too much tensed because this is our first official programme and we didn't get enough time to practice.  But actually what happened is that at the general class we get to know that, there arranged a class for us till afternoon. We felt blanked for a while.  Hari Sir, he was the alumini of MTTC. He was a motivational speaker, he was a teacher NSS school. After introducing himself, he said that he was taking class till 12PM. We felt sad at first. But the fact is that, after the section started till the end we didn't felt any sort of disturbance or tension. Such an awesome class. Sir has taken class on Understanding Teaching Learning (UTL). He has divided it into three phases. 11/2/2021 Thursday  The day started with prayer in the chappel. Then we went for the Yoga class and we learned the simplest yoga posters. And revised the last classes learned poses. The section ended by doing prayer.  The second hour was taken by Maya ma'am and she revised last days portion and taught us Naturalism. Then after that, the class was taken by Ancy ma'am. She taught the   Role of teachers in the development of a child, understanding the nature of adolescence,maintanence of emotional balance, educate parents and provision of sex education.  The fourth hour was optional and we practiced for the talent hunt programme. And afternoon section we went to watch the talent hunt programmes of the optionals, Maths and  physical science. They all just rocked. After the programme Giby ma'am has given them a detailed review of their programme. Thus the day ended with National Anthem. 

10/2/2021 Wednesday  The started with prayer song  in the auditorium and Thank God for giving four of us the opportunity to sing for the first official inauguration of our BEd batch 2020-2022. By the reading of Quran, Bhagavathgeetha and the Holy Bible I felt divine bliss in the auditorium. Then the meeting has began and our chief guest lightened the lamp. After the meeting in the auditorium, parents had a special meeting in the seminar hall.  Then after the inauguration, we went  for the general class taken by Ancy ma'am. She has taught us Adoloscence and it's features. After that, we went for our optional class and we had our practice for the talent hunt programme.  During the afternoon, we went to see the talent hunt programme by our MEd batch. All were performed well and it was so beautiful to watch them doing the whole section. By sharing the view point of Joju Sir about their programme.  The day ended with National Anthem. 

  9/2/2021 Tuesday  The day started with prayer.  The first hour was taken by Joju Sir. Sir discussed about tomorrow's ingauration  for our batch. Then he said us to utilize the opportunities that come across our life. Then he teached about the scope of educational psychology based on teacher related and student related.  The second hour was taken by Ancy ma'am. And she welcomed new students. Then she discussed about previous days topics and teached us Later Childhood (6-12years) and it's features ,then role of parents and teachers.  The third hour was taken by Maya ma'am . And ma'am also welcomed the new students. Then she said three of our friends to revise the previouly learned topics. They did it well. And then she has teached the Parts of Vedas, Methods of teaching,  Role of teacher, discipline, contributions and limitations of idealism.  The fourth and fifth hours was optionals.And we had practised for the talent hunt programme.   8/2/2021 Monday  The day started with prayer.  The first hour was taken by Giby ma'am. She has revised all the previous days topics and then she teached us Nature of Psychology. She said us the story of expectation and said that to Shrink the glass of expectations because too much expectations of anything will destroy us. We will be sad when things go away from our expectations, so that she said that to shrink the Glass of high expectations.  The second hour was taken by  Maya ma'am and she had given some general instructions about the arrival of NCTE. And then she started teaching rest of the features of idealism and then the aims of education, self realization through, curriculum and eastern idealism.  The next two hours were optionals.   5/2/2021 Friday The day started with prayer.  The first hour was taken by Maya ma'am. First of all she has given us some general advices of how to be positive in a negative situation and how to be a good human being. The way she conveyed things has touched our hearts. And then after, she teached us the five schools of philosophy and they are idealism, naturalism, realism, pragmatism and humanism.  The second hour was taken by Ancy ma'am. She has teached us the Early Childhood Stage and it's features . Also can be called as Pre-School stage. After that due to the first fridayof February,  Holy Mass has been conducted  at college chappel and I am blessed to be a part of the choir. I  Thank you God for giving me that opportunity to be the part of first holy mass. It was an unforgettable moment of  my MTTC life . After the lunch break optional class has taken place. And then, there were the practice section for talent hunt.  Thus the day ended. Have a beautiful weekend. 

4/2/2021 Thursday   The day started with prayer.  The first hour was Yoga. We started our yoga class by prayer and learned Vajrasana and simplified yoga. Vajrasana helps our mind to be calm and stable and so on. Later we revised the previouly learned yoga poses. And by doing Shavasana we ended today's class. The second hour was taken by Maya ma'am. We had learnt Axiology, Influence of philosophy in education. After that she said us to take a paper and write about the positive side and the challenges we have in our life's. Then she has given us an activity to find out our personality. And the section was really interesting. The third hour was taken by Ancy ma'am. She has revised the psycho social development by Erickson and after the revision ,she taught us the stages of development and it was divided into two pre natal stage and post natal stage.   3/2/2021 Wednesday  The day started with prayer.  The first two periods were optionals. We learned about competency , language and culture, language and society, language and media. And also Meekha ma'am has given us some general instructions.  The third hour was taken by Giby ma'am. She deels with psychology. And she taught us what is psycho analysis theory . And then she teached the psycho sexual energy -libido and the five stages of it: Oral stage, Anal stage, Phallic stage, latency stage, genetal stage. The fourth hour was taken by Joju Sir and has conducted the previous day's  group discussion's final report by the reporters of the eight groups. The topic covered is the dangers of technology and uses of technology in education.   2/2/2021 Tuesday  The second day of the second month.  The first hour was taken by Ancy ma'am and she teached us " Erickson's theory of development ". Erickson is a developmental psychologist and psychoanalyst. She then teached us eight stages of the psycho social development. And by explaining four of the stages, she stopped today's class.  During the second hour, we all went to see the Art and Aesthetics conducted by our seniors. All of them preformed well within the short period of time. After that we went to our optional class till lunch break. After the lunch break also optional class was taken place.  Then the next hours were taken by Joju Sir. He teached us the college anthem . And it was so beautiful and thanks to Laji sir for these beautiful lyrics. May your soul rejoice in the eternal bliss. After that Sir has shared two inspirational talks. And by concluding he said that' a teacher should be mother like'.  Thus the day ended .

1/2/2021 Monday   "It's is not the humour but the laughter makes us vibrant" - William James.  First day of February. The day started with morning prayer in the chappel. The first class was a talk on " Reflective Self Discovery " by Sri. Joby Kondoor. The section was so engaging and interesting. He talked about how a teacher could handle a child. With activities his section engages us all and was nice. As a teacher we should be careful for what we say especially while teaching students.  We should respect everyone. The most touched quote for me is that,  we should be thankful for everything in life even if it is small and also we should say sorry for every wrong things we did  in life even if it is small . And then he said that, we should say no to anybody who leads us to wrong things.  And he concluded his section by saying a teacher should respect, understand, care, cooperative and responsible.  And the next section was started after lunch break.
