Reflective Self Discovery

First day of February. The day started with morning prayer in the chappel. The first class was a talk on " Reflective Self Discovery " by Sri. Joby Kondoor. The section was so engaging and interesting. He talked about how a teacher could handle a child. With activities his section engages us all and was nice. As a teacher we should be careful for what we say especially while teaching students.  We should respect everyone. The most touched quote for me is that,  we should be thankful for everything in life even if it is small and also we should say sorry for every wrong things we did  in life even if it is small . And then he said that, we should say no to anybody who leads us to wrong things.  And he concluded his section by saying a teacher should respect, understand, care, cooperative and responsible. 

And the next section was started after lunch break. The class was taken by Maya ma'am and she  has given us seminar topics. And said us to divide the main topic to all people in the class. After the discussion and clarification about how to do the presentation ,she started to teach Functions of Education and also Types /Agencies of Education . Thus the first unit of this paper has ended. Then the next class was taken by Joju Sir and he teached us about Technology in and technology of education. With the explanation of the above topic he said about the importance of making eye contact while teaching and also the importance of the  smile of a teacher. The last class was taken by George sir and in that class a new game was played and it's name is Lion and Lamb. 

Thus the day ended.

In today's class we had learned about  web 2.0 web 3.0  web 4.0  Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI).   All of them has presented well in a crisp and clear manner.  The second section was taken by Ancy ma'am. And she has taught us about the Contributions of  Mahatma Gandhi.  According to Mahatma Gandhi, " Education is an all round drawing out of the best in child and man-made body, mind and spirit. There are four elements in Gandhi's philosophy, 1. Truth 2. Non-violence 3. Fearlessness 4. Satyagraha. Be a teacher with values 😇♥️

12/3/2021 Friday   The day started with prayer in the chappel.  The first hour was taken by Maya ma'am. This is our first day after the school induction, so that teachers are waiting to hear our experiences. And Maya ma'am asked to voluntarily come forward to share the experience and Fathima from the Natural science optional has shared her experience from the Sarvodaya ICSE School Nalanchira. Later on Maya ma'am has taught us Educational Sociology, relationship between education and sociology and functions of education. The second hour was taken by Ancy ma'am. She also asked about the school induction. Man is the maker and master of his own destiny

 From 23  February 2021 to 3 March 2021 we the MTTC Hostelers were in Quarantine. So that we can't attend to class and we were in home quarantine  for seven days.     4/3/2021 Thursday After seven days of quarantine, we are back to the college. The day started with prayer in the chappel . First hour was Yoga. Sir has teached us the importance of yoga in the life of an individual. Then after practicing the section, we ended up the yoga section by doing Shavasana. The second hour till afternoon, Demonstration class of our seniors has taken. The class was a new experience for us and we were happy that we all went back to our school days for a while. All of them had taken classes well.  The fifth hour was taken by Maya ma'am.
