  23/3/2021 Tuesday The most awaited day has arrived that is our freshers day. Our chief guest was RJ Unni.  After the inauguration part,  our seniors has given each one of us the task and they had conducted the programme very well . They had given us refreshments in between the programme.  After that the most surprising event of the day has happened. That is the Flashmob conducted by Mttc hostelers and Union members for the inauguration of our 65th college union. It was the first Flashmob for the inauguration of union day in the history of the college. The realizing of the union name 2020-2022 has been taken place at the end of the Flashmob and the name is NISARGA.  After the lunch break, we had no class and has given time in order to practice for the 65th union day programme. Thus the day ended. 

22/3/2021 Monday  The day started with prayer in the chappel.  The first hour was taken by Maya ma'am. 22/3/2021 was the world water day.  So that ma'am started the class by giving  the importance of water in day to day life. After that she taught about Cultural diffusion, Enculturation, Acculturation, Cultural Inertia, Sanskritisation, Role of education with regard to culture. After that the rest of the seminar has taken place, Myself and Gayathri has taken seminar on the topic Indian Music.  The next hour was taken by our respected principal Benedict Sir. He has taken class on micro teaching. He has dealt with Skill of Questioning and Skill of Explanation.  After the lunch break optional hour was taken place and during the hour micro teaching has conducted. After that we went for the practice section of flashmob . After the practice with MTTC hostelers and union members . And thus the day ended.

  17/03/2021 Wednesday  18/03/2021 Thursday Both day started with Prayer in the chappel. After the prayer we  went to our optional classes and on sharp 10 am, external examination of our seniors has taken part. Once again we got the chance to act as a high school student. All of our seniors has done well in their examination. On the first day, exam ended in 12.45 and on the second day it extended up-to 1pm. After the lunch break, on the first day Maya ma'am has taken a general class on how to be successful in life. And in between we got a different experience that one of our friend from the Natural science optional named Fathima has shared. My eyes filled with tears by hearing her story. She shared how she was mentally tortured  by her project guide. Maya ma'am has managed the situation well. She felt cool after the sharing . Maya ma'am then with so many definitions ,she delivered us how to be strong in a situation and handle it. After that Giby ma'am came and conducted

  16/3/2021 Tuesday  The day started with prayer in the chappel. Then we went to the phonetic lab and learned how to pronounce the word Judge.  The first two hours was taken by Ancy ma'am. She taught us about the western thinker Maria Montessori ,his method, principle of Montessori system of education, principle of Montessori method ,role of teacher, concept of method, merits and limitations.  The third hour was taken by Maya ma'am. Ma'am has given us some general instructions for the first semesters activities. Then she taught us about Culture, it's definition and cultural lag.  The fourth, fifth and sixth hours was taken by Joju sir. He taught us the merit and demerits of blackboard. He said that we must plan what to write in the board before we came to the class. 12/3/2021 Friday   The day started with prayer in the chappel.  The first hour was taken by Maya ma'am. This is our first day after the school induction, so that teachers are waiting to hear our experiences. And Maya ma'am asked to voluntarily come forward to share the experience and Fathima from the Natural science optional has shared her experience from the Sarvodaya ICSE School Nalanchira. Later on Maya ma'am has taught us Educational Sociology, relationship between education and sociology and functions of education. The second hour was taken by Ancy ma'am. She also asked about the school induction. She taught about Froebel's gifts, occupation, philosophy ,aims of education, curriculum, method of teaching, teaching through play, teaching through play songs, role of the teacher, discipline, principle of freedom, contribution to modern education, criticism of Froebel and his contribution and conclusion.  During the third and fourth hour, by the incharge of Joju Sir

15/3/2021 Monday  The day started with prayer in the chappel. The first hour was taken by Giby ma'am. Ma'am started the class by revising the last days portions. Then ma'am has teached the rest of the characteristics of personality. She said that we should channelize our mind whenever fear, sorrows, stress came to our life. In a way we can channelize our mind through prayer. Ma'am said  Carl Rogers once said that, we need atleast six people in our life to contact immediately. We must try be a good listener so that we can avoid so many problems , so that we must practice the um-um therapy. Ma'am concluded the class by saying the quote: " Faith chase out Fear, stress and sorrows". The second and third hour was taken for sharing our school induction programme experience.   10/3/2021 Wednesday  Second day of our School Induction. We all reached at the right time (8:30am). We went to the conference room and Gayathri ( our team leader)  went to see principal and after the discussion with ma'am  ,Gayathri  said us that ,we can go to library and can collect informations regarding the school from the school magazines and the librarian had given us the idea about it's functioning.  After that we three people( Georgeena, Gayathri and Jis) from the English optional had met the high school  English teacher. And we had a discussion on the online classes, exams, assignments, activities etc during the pandemic situation. She has co-operated with us in a nice manner. She has given answers to all the questions that we had asked to her.  Her name is Beena Kurian.                       With Beena Ma'am  Afterwards we were back to our room and we had  a group discussion about the datas  collected from the school in order to write in the induction report.   8/3/2021 Monday The day started with prayer in the chappel. Today is a special day that our 65th college election was going to happen. We are exited for the election.  The first hour was taken by Giby ma'am. She taught us the Characteristics of personality. And also the importance of acceptance v/s adjustment. With some interesting real life experiences she engaged the class more lively .  The second hour was taken by Maya ma'am. She taught us the rest of the portion of Humanism :- aims of education, hierarchy of needs and curriculum .After that she has given some general instructions about the Induction programme. Then she has discussed about the works we had to do in the first semester.  The third and fourth hour was Optionals. At that time we went to take measurements for our uniform coat. Then our class wise election was conducted. And three of our friends was selected.  The fifth hour was taken by Joju sir. Sir also has given us some general instructions about the works

9/3/2021 Tuesday At 8.30 AM. We entered the gate of Navajeevan Bethany Vidhyalaya. From there onwards till the end we were treated well by the school authority. First day of our School Induction.  It was really a good experience for all of us, who had gathered in the school. We were the group of 14 and due to some issues 2 people were absent. We the 12 people had enjoyed the school. The school was neat and tidy. We visited most of the classes and physics, biology and chemistry labs.  Today was the day in which we stepped to the new phase of our life as a teacher trainee.  We the team♥️ With my dearest people♥️ This is all about our first days induction. 

  5/3/2021 Friday The day started with prayer in the chappel. After that Demonstration classes of our seniors has taken place. They all done it well. Classes were energetic and interesting. The classes were gone till afternoon.  In the afternoon section till 2.30 , a class on Library and Information has taken by our new librarian named Renjini. She has given all the information regarding the use of library and how to take books. After that, Benedict Sir and Bindhu ma'am came and announced about the Induction programme of our batch and this year only two days were there for induction. I had got Navajeevan Bethany School, Nalanchira. Then Sir has explained ,what all things we should do before we go to the school. Finally, we should submit a report of our induction when we came back.  After that till 4'o clock, Holy Mass was taken place in the chappel.  Thus the day ended 😇.

 From 23  February 2021 to 3 March 2021 we the MTTC Hostelers were in Quarantine. So that we can't attend to class and we were in home quarantine  for seven days.     4/3/2021 Thursday After seven days of quarantine, we are back to the college. The day started with prayer in the chappel . First hour was Yoga. Sir has teached us the importance of yoga in the life of an individual. Then after practicing the section, we ended up the yoga section by doing Shavasana. The second hour till afternoon, Demonstration class of our seniors has taken. The class was a new experience for us and we were happy that we all went back to our school days for a while. All of them had taken classes well.  The fifth hour was taken by Maya ma'am. She begun the class by saying that we should learn things from experiences. That is what Pragmatism teach us. Then, we learned the role of teacher, discipline, types and merits of Pragmatism . Then she moved to another school of philosophy, that is Humanism.
