Onnam kaalam... Sa re ga ma

 16/3/2021 Tuesday 

The day started with prayer in the chappel. Then we went to the phonetic lab and learned how to pronounce the word Judge. 

The first two hours was taken by Ancy ma'am. She taught us about the western thinker Maria Montessori ,his method, principle of Montessori system of education, principle of Montessori method ,role of teacher, concept of method, merits and limitations. 

The third hour was taken by Maya ma'am. Ma'am has given us some general instructions for the first semesters activities. Then she taught us about Culture, it's definition and cultural lag. 

The fourth, fifth and sixth hours was taken by Joju sir. He taught us the merit and demerits of blackboard. He said that we must plan what to write in the board before we came to the class. Then he has covered the topics, bulletin or notice board, flannel board, magnetic board, peg board and 3D-AIDS:- DIAROMA, MODELS, MOCKUP's, Audio visual aids, activity aids, tips for slide preparation and BB writing, multi media learning and multi-sensory learning. 

The seventh and eighth hour was taken by Lakshmi ma'am. She taught us classical music. Onnam kaalam of the maya malava gaula raagam. And the raga is sa..re.. ga.. ma.. pa.. dha.. ni ..sa.. And it was a dream come moment for me that I felt so happy to learn music. Lakshmi ma'am has done several practice sections for us to learn the raga and it was a really good experience. 

Thus the day ended.

And she has taught us about the Contributions of  Mahatma Gandhi.  According to Mahatma Gandhi, " Education is an all round drawing out of the best in child and man-made body, mind and spirit. Be a teacher with values 😇♥️

12/3/2021 Friday   The day started with prayer in the chappel.  The first hour was taken by Maya ma'am. This is our first day after the school induction, so that teachers are waiting to hear our experiences. And Maya ma'am asked to voluntarily come forward to share the experience and Fathima from the Natural science optional has shared her experience from the Sarvodaya ICSE School Nalanchira. Later on Maya ma'am has taught us Educational Sociology, relationship between education and sociology and functions of education. The second hour was taken by Ancy ma'am. She also asked about the school induction. Man is the maker and master of his own destiny

 From 23  February 2021 to 3 March 2021 we the MTTC Hostelers were in Quarantine. So that we can't attend to class and we were in home quarantine  for seven days.     4/3/2021 Thursday After seven days of quarantine, we are back to the college. The day started with prayer in the chappel . First hour was Yoga. Sir has teached us the importance of yoga in the life of an individual. Then after practicing the section, we ended up the yoga section by doing Shavasana. The second hour till afternoon, Demonstration class of our seniors has taken.
