  1/6/2021 Tuesday The first hour was taken by George Sir and the speciality of this day is that, new academic year starts from today. And the first class is Physical Education.  Sir taught today different types of exercises. And it includes:- Istonic Exercise Isokinetic Exercise  Then he has showed a picture of the Circulatory system.  Cardiac Output.  Stroke Volume  Heart Rate  Respiratory Rate Vital Capacity Muscular system  Functions of Muscular System  And finally the types of muscular system and they are Smooth muscles, skeletal muscles and cardiac muscles.  After that Sir has given some general instructions about the pending works and thus the class ended.  The second hour followed by Giby ma'am. Today is her birthday. And the Physical science Optionals has explained their seminar  today and the topics covered are How teachers Foster Creativity among Students.  Four stages of Creativity.  Components which determines the evaluation 8n Wallace and Logan test .   31/5/2021 Monday The first hour was Optionals and during that hour we had done an assignment by watching any one  video class on Victers channel and write the techniques used by the teacher to teach the students.  And the second hour followed the Inauguration of the Health Club and Logo release . It was really beautiful programme. Chief guest was Mr. Anand Narayan. Thus the day ended. 

  28/5/2021 Friday First hour was taken by Joju Sir. The day started with a silent prayer and Subhachindha. Through the Subhachindha, sir said that Don't miss the chance to say a good word.  After that the seminar presentations of the Physical Science optional has continued. The topics covered today are :- Benefits of Lime Survey Online Polling After that Physical Science presentations over and the rest of the  people who didn't presented the Seminar has completed their presentations. And the topics included :- Citation Blended learning,  advantages and disadvantages.  After that Sir has given some general instructions.  Thus the class ended.  The next hour followed is the Inauguration of the Media Club. And the chief guest was Dr. Asha Jeevan Sathyan ma'am. And it was a beautiful programme.  Thus the day ended. 

  27/5/2021 Thursday The first hour was Optionals and Meekha told us about the first sem exam and . After that the seminar presentations continued and the topics covered were :- The rest of the portions of Bloom's Taxonomy 's Psychomoto domain Mechanism Complex overt response Adaptation Origination.  After that Revised Taxonomy has taken , Introduction and table analysis Benefits and major differences. Instructional objectives The role of objectives Objectives based instruction Specifications Characteristics of a good instructional objectives.  These were the topics covered today.  The next hour is followed by Joju Sir. The class Started with a silent prayer. And a Subhachindha. Then sir also said about the arrival of exams.  After that Physical science Optionals has continued with their seminar presentations.   26/5/2021 Wednesday Due to the inauguration of the Social Science Accociation. The first hour was not taken. Programme started from 10AM. The programme was fully engaging and beautiful. Social Science association did a wonderful job for the success of their programme. We can see their unity.  Chief guest of their programme is Trivandrum Hon.Mayor Arya Rajendran. And by looking in total, everything was well organised and fantastic. By College Anthem and National Anthem they concluded the programme.  The next hour followed by Maya ma'am. Mathematics Optional has taken seminar presentations today through watsapp . The topics covered were :- Conscientization to curb alcoholism and drug abuse:- Alcoholism Causes of alcoholism  Signs of alcohol abuse Adverse effects of alcoholism  Alcohol withdrawal symptoms  Thus the day ended. It was a superb day. Stay safe and healthy.

  25/5/2021 Tuesday  First hour was taken by Joju Sir. Class started with Shuba Chindha with the theme " We should change the things which is not good". After that the Physical Science Optionals continued with their Seminar topics and they covered the rest of the portions of Various Web Services, Hot Potatoes and it's importance, advantages and disadvantages.  Thus the class ended.  The next hour followed by Ancy ma'am. And ma'am has taken screenshots of all of us and after some chit chat ma'am taught us about Social Change. And after explaining it's aspects,  types, factors, barriers, role of education etc.  Thus the class ended. Stay Home and Be Safe 

24/5/2021 Monday  First hour was Optionals and the Presentation of Bloom's Taxonomy has continued and the presentations were taken by Mahima Chechi, Caran, Gayathri, Ganga Chechi and Aparna chechi. They all did it well in a crisp and clear manner. And after the presentations ,Meekha ma'am also explained it with examples.  The topics covered were  Cognitive Domain :- Knowledge Comprehension Application  Analysis  Synthesis  Evaluation  Affective Domain:- Receiving  Responding Valuing  Organizing  Psychomotor Domain Perception Set Guided Response  And thus the class ended.  The next hour is followed by Giby ma'am. The class started with a beautiful prayer song by Greeshma from Physical Science Optional. After that ma'am has explained what is Sublimation. And it is the channelisation of undesirable things into desirable things. With examples she explained it well.  Thus the class ended due to network issues.  Thus the classes ended for today.   21/5/2021 Friday The first hour was taken by George Sir. And he started the class with a silent prayer. And then he has taken theory class today and the topic is Physical Fitness.  A Physical Fitness simply means is a state of health and well being. And it is achieved through proper nutrition, moderate vigorous physical exercise and sufficient rest.  After the introduction, he taught the Components of Physical Test and it includes Speed  Agility  Strength  Endurance  Balance Reaction Time Power Flexibility.  And the Activities for Physical Fitness  includes  Aerobic Activities  Anaerobic Activities Sports and Games Yoga Recreational Activities  Then finally he concluded the class by saying the Health Benefits of Physical Fitness and it includes Healthier Cardio-Vascular System  Improved weight control Toned Muscles Live longer sleep more soundly Higher metabolism Better mood Lower blood pressure and cholesterol.  Thus the class ended.  The next hour is followed by Giby ma'am. And

  20/5/21 Thursday  The first hour was taken by Joju Sir. Today is a special day because it is his birthday. The classes started with the birthday wish to him.  After that the seminar presentations of the Physical Science Optionals has taken place. The topics covered were  Open Educational Resources (OER).  Characteristics of OER. 5R's :- Reuse, Revise, Remix,  Redistribute and Retain.  Advantages and Disadvantages of OER.  Various OER Initiative .   19/5/2021 Wednesday  First hour was Optional. And the Reading and Reflection Presentation of Mahima Chechi's has done and she has taken the book, The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini. She was presented it well in a crisp and clear way.  After that,  Anooja chechi has taught the introductory part of Bloom's Taxonomy. She has done it well.  After her explanation,  Our Meekha ma'am has explained it in detail.  Bloom's Taxonomy is other wise known as Taxonomy of Educational Objectives.  And it is the classification of learning objectives within Education. There really three domains in Bloom's Taxonomy and they are Cognitive Domain ( related to thinking)  Affective Domain ( related to feelings)  Psychomoto Domain ( related to physical movements).  The second hour was taken by Maya ma'am.   18/5/2021 Tuesday The day started with Joju Sir's Shubha Chindha and the theme he mentioned is Kill bad habits before it kills ourself's.  Social Science Optional has continued with their Seminar presentations. And the topics covered today are  1.Web Based Learning  2.Features of Web Based Learning.  3.Cloud Computing  4.Advantages and Disadvantages of Cloud Computing  5.Podcast All of them did their presentations well.  Thus the class ended.  The Second hour was taken by Ancy ma'am. And she taught of the thinker John Dewey and he is considered as the Father of Educational Philosophy.  There is a famous quote for Education according to John Dewey " Education is not preparation for life, education is life itself. 17/5/2021 Monday  The first hour was the Inauguration of the association of Malayalam Optionals. It was a beautiful programme arranged by them. The Chief Guest is Dr Deepu. P. Kurup Sir,  who is a writer and also he Works as a Teacher.  The Inauguration has been done through an interesting section. The name of Malayalam Optional is Saparya.  The second hour was taken by Giby ma'am. Class started with a prayer song and then moved to the question answer section. Then ma'am explained about the Defence Mechanism :- Deinal Projection Repression  Regression  With examples she explained the portion well.  Then she introduced the word,  Neuro Plasticity and it is the ability of human to train or regulate our minds.   Thus the class ended.  At 8 PM, their happened the Inauguration of Mathematics Optional. They arranged it through a YouTube live section and it was a different experience. Film actor Appani Sharath was the chief guest. And they initiated a competition which is for one week

22/4/21 Thursday Today was world Earth Day and by the Eco Club of the college "Prakriti "has done a video including all the members of the club and I am one among them and then we had conducted a photography contest and it was a successful programme and the incharge of our Economy Club is Deepthi ma'am.   The First Class was taken by Joju Sir and continued the seminar presentations of the English Optionals and today was my turn and I had taken the class on Morphing and after few people our presentations came to an end. And the topics covered today are,   Misuse of Internet Morphing Misuse of Internet Pornography  Health Hazards of using Computer.  The second class was taken by Ancy ma'am.  And she taught us about the Indian Thinker Dr. S. Radhakrishnan,  who is the first President of India. And during his birthday we are celebrating as Teacher's Day on Sep 5.  Then in detail we learned about his  Aims of Education  Curriculum  Method of Teaching  Discipline.  That

  14/5/2021 Friday First Class was of Optionals. And we had done the remaining Reading and Reflection Presentations.  The second hour was taken by Joju Sir. The seminar presentations of the Social Science Optionals has taken place on the topics  Computer Simulation  Uses of Computer Simulation  Advantages and Disadvantages of Computer Simulation  Blended Learning  Flipped Classroom  M Learning  Advantages and Disadvantages of M Learning.  Thus the class ended.   26/3/2021 Friday The first hour was taken by Maya Ma'am.  And she has given instructions regarding the uses of Nellikka. After that she taught us about National Integration and the factors favourable for National Integration. Few seminars were also taken place.  The second hour was taken by  Benedict Sir and has taught The Sub skill of Explanation, sub skill of Experimentation or Demonstration  and subskill of Blackboard writing.  After the lunch break optional class has been taken place . We did the remaining Seminar topics. And after that we went for the practice for our Arts Day.  Thus the day ended. 

 Three days of Arts Fest 2021.  29/3/2021 Monday First day of Arts Day. Literary Fest were conducted on this day and the practice section of the competitions were taken place. I had participated in the group item Craft Making with Roshna and Theresse and we got second prize for it. And after that Holi Celebration has taken place and we all enjoyed a lot.  Thus the day ended.  30/3/2021 Tuesday  Cultural Fest has been taken place from this day for two days. Chief guests has inaguated the programme and single items were taken place on this day and I had the practice section for the Group Dance and Nadan Paatu . All programmes were well planned and done well.   31/3/2021 Wednesday.  We the Hostelers were too much exited on this day because after the programme were going to Home for Vacation.  Last day of the Arts Festival. Firstly in the history of the college we had done a Group Photo Section including everyone in the college . It was a wonderful experience.  Then the Programme started a
