The first hour was taken by Joju Sir. Today is a special day because it is his birthday. The classes started with the birthday wish to him. 

After that the seminar presentations of the Physical Science Optionals has taken place. The topics covered were 

Open Educational Resources (OER). 
Characteristics of OER.
5R's :- Reuse, Revise, Remix,  Redistribute and Retain. 
Advantages and Disadvantages of OER. 
Various OER Initiative .
The Free Open Source Software for Education.
National Repository for Open Educational Resources. 
National Institute of Open Schooling .
Open Educational Resource for School. 
Web Application for Development of Tests. 


After some presentations, the class concluded with a Subha Chindha saying, We are more than, what can happen to us".



The next is followed by Ancy ma'am. 
After wishing the two birthday girls, ma'am has started the class. 

The topics covered were :-
1.Role of Education in Society and how it helps in society. 
2.International Understanding, it's importance,  aims of education.
3. Democracy and Secularism . 

"Democracy is a government of the people, by the people and for the people " by Abraham Lincoln.  And it is derived from two Greek words Demos ( public) and Kratos ( power). The four principles of democracy is Freedom, Equality,  Fraternity and Justice. 

According to the Encyclopedia Britannica, "Secularism is a non spiritual having no concern with religious or spiritual matters". There are three important characteristics of Indian Secularism and they are
Liberal.
Qualified not absolute .
Dynamic.

Thus by covering these topics the class ended.

In today's class we had learned about  web 2.0 web 3.0  web 4.0  Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI).   All of them has presented well in a crisp and clear manner.  The second section was taken by Ancy ma'am. And she has taught us about the Contributions of  Mahatma Gandhi.  According to Mahatma Gandhi, " Education is an all round drawing out of the best in child and man-made body, mind and spirit. There are four elements in Gandhi's philosophy, 1. Truth 2. Non-violence 3. Fearlessness 4. Satyagraha. Be a teacher with values 😇♥️

12/3/2021 Friday   The day started with prayer in the chappel.  The first hour was taken by Maya ma'am. This is our first day after the school induction, so that teachers are waiting to hear our experiences. And Maya ma'am asked to voluntarily come forward to share the experience and Fathima from the Natural science optional has shared her experience from the Sarvodaya ICSE School Nalanchira. Later on Maya ma'am has taught us Educational Sociology, relationship between education and sociology and functions of education. The second hour was taken by Ancy ma'am. She also asked about the school induction. Man is the maker and master of his own destiny

 From 23  February 2021 to 3 March 2021 we the MTTC Hostelers were in Quarantine. So that we can't attend to class and we were in home quarantine  for seven days.     4/3/2021 Thursday After seven days of quarantine, we are back to the college. The day started with prayer in the chappel . First hour was Yoga. Sir has teached us the importance of yoga in the life of an individual. Then after practicing the section, we ended up the yoga section by doing Shavasana. The second hour till afternoon, Demonstration class of our seniors has taken. The class was a new experience for us and we were happy that we all went back to our school days for a while. All of them had taken classes well.  The fifth hour was taken by Maya ma'am.
