Earth Day

22/4/21 Thursday

Today was world Earth Day and by the Eco Club of the college "Prakriti "has done a video including all the members of the club and I am one among them and then we had conducted a photography contest and it was a successful programme and the incharge of our Economy Club is Deepthi ma'am. 



 The First Class was taken by Joju Sir and continued the seminar presentations of the English Optionals and today was my turn and I had taken the class on Morphing and after few people our presentations came to an end. And the topics covered today are, 
 Misuse of Internet Morphing
Misuse of Internet Pornography
 Health Hazards of using Computer. 


The second class was taken by Ancy ma'am. 
And she taught us about the Indian Thinker Dr. S. Radhakrishnan,  who is the first President of India. And during his birthday we are celebrating as Teacher's Day on Sep 5. 
Then in detail we learned about his 
Aims of Education 
Curriculum 
Method of Teaching 
Discipline. 
Thats all about Dr. S. Radhakrishnan. Then we learned about Swami Vivekanadha. He was born on 1863 in Culcutta. 

One of the famous definition of Education is put forward by Vivekanadha and that is
" Education is the manifestation of the divine perfection already existing in man".

Then we had seen his
Educational Philosophy 
Aims of Education 
Curriculum 
Methods of Teaching 
Role of the Teacher 
Contributions to Education 
These were the topics covered.

Thus the classes ended. 

During the afternoon section there has a programme arranged by the College Union NISARGA on The Introduction to Civil Service Preparation by Adv.Jyothi Vijayakumar Madam. It was a wonderful section but due to some network issues I had  left the meeting. 


23/4/2021

Due to a sudden inspection by the uiversity syndicate all teachers were requested to go to college at 10AM. So that there were only one class. And the class was taken by Maya ma'am and after a while we had seen her and she has taken  the class on National Integration. 

As a difference in the online mode class. Ma'am used an interactive way of teaching. She called out each student to answer her questions and in a nice way she handled  class. And in detail she has explained the points.  


Thus the day ended.

In today's class we had learned about  web 2.0 web 3.0  web 4.0  Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI).   All of them has presented well in a crisp and clear manner.  The second section was taken by Ancy ma'am. And she has taught us about the Contributions of  Mahatma Gandhi.  According to Mahatma Gandhi, " Education is an all round drawing out of the best in child and man-made body, mind and spirit. There are four elements in Gandhi's philosophy, 1. Truth 2. Non-violence 3. Fearlessness 4. Satyagraha. Be a teacher with values 😇♥️

12/3/2021 Friday   The day started with prayer in the chappel.  The first hour was taken by Maya ma'am. This is our first day after the school induction, so that teachers are waiting to hear our experiences. And Maya ma'am asked to voluntarily come forward to share the experience and Fathima from the Natural science optional has shared her experience from the Sarvodaya ICSE School Nalanchira. Later on Maya ma'am has taught us Educational Sociology, relationship between education and sociology and functions of education. The second hour was taken by Ancy ma'am. She also asked about the school induction. Man is the maker and master of his own destiny

 From 23  February 2021 to 3 March 2021 we the MTTC Hostelers were in Quarantine. So that we can't attend to class and we were in home quarantine  for seven days.     4/3/2021 Thursday After seven days of quarantine, we are back to the college. The day started with prayer in the chappel . First hour was Yoga. Sir has teached us the importance of yoga in the life of an individual. Then after practicing the section, we ended up the yoga section by doing Shavasana. The second hour till afternoon, Demonstration class of our seniors has taken. The class was a new experience for us and we were happy that we all went back to our school days for a while. All of them had taken classes well.  The fifth hour was taken by Maya ma'am.
