Be a Good um-um Therapist

 The day started with prayer in the chappel.

The first hour was taken by Giby ma'am. Ma'am started the class by revising the last days portions. Then ma'am has teached the rest of the characteristics of personality. She said that we should channelize our mind whenever fear, sorrows, stress came to our life. In a way we can channelize our mind through prayer. Ma'am said  Carl Rogers once said that, we need atleast six people in our life to contact immediately. We must try be a good listener so that we can avoid so many problems , so that we must practice the um-um therapy. Ma'am concluded the class by saying the quote:

" Faith chase out Fear, stress and sorrows".

The second and third hour was taken for sharing our school induction programme experience. And we are asked to sit according to the schools we had visited and we sat according to the schools visited.  Then we had shared the experiences as  from each group one  representative came forward and conveyed it. 

Then at the fourth hour, the union oath taking ceremony of 2020-2022 was held in the auditorium. 


After the afternoon section, we had a class arranged  by the women cell club on" swaya raksha"- self defense. The class was taken by  Anees Bhal, Jaya Mary and Athulya from the Kerala police. Anees ma'am has leaded the class and she began with the theory class and she said that, the problem behind everything is that men will think that women will not react to anything in her life,  so that they will take this as a fact to torture us in any manner. So ma'am forced to the point that, women should react. Then she explained about  different kinds of method to resist them from attacking us. Ma'am highlighted the point, a girl child and boy child should be treated as equal in a house. After explaining all the basic things. 

Three of them has ready for the practical section of self defense and as a tip, Anees ma'am said that we should produce a "ha" sound wile reacting because it will give us more confident. We had done sections with them and the class was really helpful for all of us.

Thus the day ended 😇😇.

Be a teacher with values 😇♥️

12/3/2021 Friday   The day started with prayer in the chappel.  The first hour was taken by Maya ma'am. This is our first day after the school induction, so that teachers are waiting to hear our experiences. And Maya ma'am asked to voluntarily come forward to share the experience and Fathima from the Natural science optional has shared her experience from the Sarvodaya ICSE School Nalanchira. Later on Maya ma'am has taught us Educational Sociology, relationship between education and sociology and functions of education. The second hour was taken by Ancy ma'am. She also asked about the school induction. Man is the maker and master of his own destiny

 From 23  February 2021 to 3 March 2021 we the MTTC Hostelers were in Quarantine. So that we can't attend to class and we were in home quarantine  for seven days.     4/3/2021 Thursday After seven days of quarantine, we are back to the college. The day started with prayer in the chappel . First hour was Yoga. Sir has teached us the importance of yoga in the life of an individual. Then after practicing the section, we ended up the yoga section by doing Shavasana. The second hour till afternoon, Demonstration class of our seniors has taken.
