Shrink the Glass of Expectations.

The day started with prayer. 

The first hour was taken by Giby ma'am. She has revised all the previous days topics and then she teached us Nature of Psychology. She said us the story of expectation and said that to Shrink the glass of expectations because too much expectations of anything will destroy us. We will be sad when things go away from our expectations, so that she said that to shrink the Glass of high expectations. 

The second hour was taken by  Maya ma'am and she had given some general instructions about the arrival of NCTE. And then she started teaching rest of the features of idealism and then the aims of education, self realization through, curriculum and eastern idealism. 

The next two hours were optionals. Meekha ma'am has teached us linguistics, then different branches of linguistics, levels of linguistics and the relationship between linguistics and language teaching. Then ma'am asked each one of us about our family members . 

The next two hours were taken by our respected principal Benedict Sir. First day of our class with Sir. The class started by saying the generation from 1984 to 2004 were called as 'Y' generation. They are also called digitally natives. And vise versa he said of the X generation and Z generations. Sir has said us what should be the role of a teacher in teaching. Then he said the origin of education and it came from the Latino word educere meaning to bring out. Finally sir has given us a powerful quote by Swami Vivekanadha about teachers : "The function of a teacher is to pull out the blanket of ignorance from the minds  of the learner". 

The last hour was taken by Joju Sir. During the class panel discussion of the six optional class has taken place. Four of them has presented their topics well. The discussed the topics were password security , role of teachers in technology, role of parents in technology  and childlock software. 

Thus the day ended.
