"Grow Silently "

The day started with prayer in the chappel. After the prayer, we went to the 'Phonetics Open Lab' and has learned how to pronounce the words Coupon and Video. After that we went to our general class. 



First hour was taken by Giby ma'am. She taught us the diagram for learning process. We should over come all the blocks in our life, so that we achieve our goal. Our goal is the product of all things and the ways in which we goes through to achieve goals can be called process.  We should grow silently like swan's swimming. What all things we do, give it maximum involvement. She said that, we must input  good things in the mind of people. Then she taught us another learning factor, that is Learning Environment. 

The second hour was taken by Maya ma'am. She has taught us the rest of the portions of  Realism including :- Methods of teaching, Maxims of teaching, providing maximum sensory experience, sequencing of teaching and Herbartian Steps. It is the base for lesson plan and it is based on six steps:- preparation, presentation, comparison or association, generalization, application and recapitulation. The essence of teaching is the preparation of a teacher. It is  teacher's duty to make the child ready for learning. 

The third and fourth hours was Optional and was taken by Meekha ma'am. She has given us instructions on doing Reading and Reflection and then she has taught us Principles of Behaviorism and Limitations of Behaviorism. After that, seminar on Pedagogical Analysis by Anooja chechi has   taken place and  on the next hour ma'am has shown us videos of Contributions of Behaviorism in education. 

Fifth and six hours was taken by Ancy ma'am. She taught us the paper Technology. She dealt with communication and it's definition. The best definition of communication is that, it is the sharing of ideas and feelings in a mood of mutuality and it is proposed by Edgar Dale. Then we learned about what is communication, process of communication, types of communication and levels of communication. After that she has conducted a test paper of Kohleberg's stages of moral development.

The last two hours were taken by Joju Sir. He started the class with silent prayer. Then he said two shubha chindha which helps for the personality development of a teacher. He taught us the benefits of teaching aids. 

Thus the day ended.

Be a teacher with values 😇♥️

12/3/2021 Friday   The day started with prayer in the chappel.  The first hour was taken by Maya ma'am. This is our first day after the school induction, so that teachers are waiting to hear our experiences. And Maya ma'am asked to voluntarily come forward to share the experience and Fathima from the Natural science optional has shared her experience from the Sarvodaya ICSE School Nalanchira. Later on Maya ma'am has taught us Educational Sociology, relationship between education and sociology and functions of education. The second hour was taken by Ancy ma'am. She also asked about the school induction. Man is the maker and master of his own destiny

 From 23  February 2021 to 3 March 2021 we the MTTC Hostelers were in Quarantine. So that we can't attend to class and we were in home quarantine  for seven days.     4/3/2021 Thursday After seven days of quarantine, we are back to the college. The day started with prayer in the chappel . First hour was Yoga. Sir has teached us the importance of yoga in the life of an individual. Then after practicing the section, we ended up the yoga section by doing Shavasana. The second hour till afternoon, Demonstration class of our seniors has taken.
